What's the size? 1x1?
If it's a normal house in 1x1 it should have plenty of space

You want to say that you can not reduce the image?
(Edit)
Details are created from images. You can put the original photo size, and then redraw the main shapes / details in a pixel version. You can also reduce the image and depict it. But for this you need to have a larger size than 1x1

Have you tried to watch content in the game? Windows, doors, borrow some parts.

I've looked the game, yes.
But when I try to mimic it, it gets hard and looks cartoony.
You know, it seems to me that at the beginning stage all the buildings seem cartoonish. Maybe you just do not finish it?

And that discourages me, so I don't finish them.
Do you want to do this or not?
You can answer just for yourself. If you like it, if you want it, you should to do it. Even through mistakes, you just give yourself the experience. So ,if you don't want it, don't torture yourself

If you want to make a good looking building you need to practice. You shouldn't give up just because the building doesn't look "just right". You should keep trying and try to figure out how to make your building look perfect. It's all a lot of trial and error.

I made my first building.
Please tell me how it looks and how can I improve it.
Okay
Is it like a cartoon? He looks unfinished. Do not scold yourself for what you are doing, not what you want. If you give him time, you will surpass yourself.
If you need a detailed analysis. I think that after eliminating these shortcomings, the work will look different. You know, you have a good tone by the shadow. Other authors in the first works did not do them, you still have not forgotten about it. The rest of my "analyst" in the screenshot I tried to clearly depict everything. Also add color to the building.

If you do not understand something, ask questions. And maybe I apologize for my English

People are 3 pixels tall and 1 wide, so doorways should be 4-5 pixels tall to allow for headroom and furniture moving. Each story of the building should be about 6 pixels high. 1 for floor, 3 for standing people, 2 more for stretching people, air circulation, and headroom. Windows should be 2-3 pixels high, placed closer to the roof or next floor up than to the floor.

Well, your building could actually be slightly octagonal if you shaded it something like this.

Yes. The one in the center would be the base color, the side to the left would be whitened 20%, and the side to the right would be blackened 20%.

Thanks.
You certainly encouraged me.
Just a couple questions

1- What's the red part about?
2- What details can I put on the field and roof?
3- What's that 5-6?
4- What do you mean by "Optimal to Roof"?
. Corner near the building. If it is square, there is no such transition of 4 pixels. Just the wall goes to a different place. I think it will be more understandable if you look at such angles from other buildings.
2. This is your task. Usually on the roofs have technical equipment, but you could make a terrace. Again, everything will come with experience, pay more attention to street buildings, for example.
The same with the field. The texture of the sidewalk, trees, benches and people. Google for help.
3-4. Optimal to floor *. Imagine that the floor is 6 pixels, 2 of which go to the floor and ceiling. Then 4 can be windows, etc.

Thanks.
But I didn't like that building that much
What about this?
I think that shadow casted by the building on the other side of the building is wrong.
Is it?
something like that.

I'm not sure about the shadow of the building but I found that you were lacking pixels in the building (the red line)
Probably @actemendes is right with the shadows

What do you mean by lack of pixels?
I just deleted the ugly black outline.
Don't delete it replace it with colors
