Date Function

Is it possible to make a Plugin with date function?
for ex : city halls will show a fireworks animation every new year (30/12/20**)

Why would anything new be needed in the UI anyways? We already have the ability to check the date.

not to check the date.... but to change the date. BTW for now on just date function for Plugins would be ok.

Would be cool. I think its possible by using something similar of the code of hinting easter eggs in yellow texts.
Or maybe in real-time in game?

Not just animations, I want an ability to change frames too ( such as winter frames, but its depends on date). Honestly im (personally) not so eager about this, y know just make one frame is really tiring. So i think its not so necessary to add this function someday, but it's depends on you.
