This is really an interesting project.
Good job, and hats off to the amount of work that you are willing to invest.
Maybe you could add a slight tint of blue or purple to the graphics, to make them look a bit more lively?

The German school system is garbage
(Teachers always ill, oversized holidays), so it's very easy too find time. And what is better: spending ridiculous amounts of money in frustrating Games or typing letters in JSON code with Traditional Winter Holiday Melody In background?
However, I was busy trying to implement night cars and flags.I also added a bridge. The Result is that: (I'll fix the Car rotation)
Note: The changes will be available today, Greenwich Time .

You are right.
And I am saying this just as clarification!
I have got the time
, but the texture for the entire Game doesn't fit in the small part dedicated for Plug-ins. You could solve this by changing the World textures, but its forbidden.
If you want to, you can present night frames in your plug-in, I'm not disallowing you. (you don't have to credit me, but you could become a P.M. if you do strange things.)
Republishing this Plug-in is unwanted!

Maybe Lobby should just release Theotown 2 with no winter and weather, just a release that contains night and day version. Its just my suggestion, though I would see day and night is really difficult to implement when there is already winter enabled in the game.

Nothing is impossible if you put enough effort to it. I am skeptical about this plugin being too difficult to produce but if he works hard to achieve his goal, I am sure this night plugin will be a reality soon.

Nightroads can only support nightcars (currently one).

no cars are good because car cinamas generally works when night ,not mornings like in game
and beach people must remove too

People at swimming pool are good, it's open at night too.
.........With water-warming I haven't noticed those people on the beach,
...not fixed though
