Speedmart has some cheaper goods than Giant. My opinion is biased though since I work in one of their branches.
You can always make your own pasta with meatballs. Your own cooked food could have random outcomes though, but mostly through trial and error you can come out with good food, or not.

Are you a land surveyor? Since wikipedia told me that theodolite is used to survey land. Of course, my assumptions could be wrong.

Well, that's a shame since even though Speedmart provides less variety of stuff than Giant, it is actually cheap af. Well, your loss

And yes, Giant is a bit lower in standard than Tesco and Carrefour
