I had just realized that some buildings may require new textures to fit with the elevated terrain.

Which ones? Currently buildings can't be placed on slopes, and roads are using bridge textures (if I'm right :/).

1x1 buildings are supported by this attribute

Alpha is limited to the devs and to some selected people at the moment.

When Alpha is finished, they will then be open for Beta Testers. Being a Beta Tester is quite easy, so just become one and you will receive updates in the Play Store.
