About wiped data... I hope there's no bug in the game that actually does that, that would be bad.

Sometimes, cities cannot be saved because of not enough free storage on the device. I didn't know that you're able to run Android with just some MBs left...

That's actually a really bad thing, as flash storage has big performance issues if not much space is left. Please don't do that

He may of been beta, and left after purchase of unreleased IAP.
Hes city would of been "unavailable" and he wouldn't be able to use it.
(That if he placed down the buildings.)

I've never had my cities erased either. The worst thing that has happened to them was a financial crisis.
