Hi, I got the following error with a plugin (Hunting_Pack_mdk_813.json:1330):

In /storage/emulated/0/TheoTown/plugins/Hunting_Pack_mdk_813/Hunting_Pack_mdk_813/Hunting_Pack_mdk_813.json:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: When loading "Deerstand_1x1.mdk_813": Deerstand_1x1.mdk_813 is already in use. Use another id or add "override":true to your plugin.

Device: LG-K430 (lge)
Android: 23 (6.0)

Actually, I had the same problem and I never unzipped mine and I uninstalled the forest industry. I think theirs a problem with the plug-in itself.

Sorry, there seems to be an issue with the json.
Delete the hunting pack and redownload.
