Old (War) Lokomotive Train (Need IT)

Hey Guys,
Iam Building a big City with a Military Zone and Stuff. Iam a Fan of It. There's a Military Ship Plugin and a Military Airport Plugin but no Trains or something. I would but I can't build any Plugin or programming it. So can anybody help? Can anyone do an Old Locomotive train Plugin with maybe some military stuff on it.
