It's hard to find somebody to do it basically for free, since Theotown doesn't make a lot and what it does make goes to Upkeep and Software

Well how about someone on the forum offers to take the part until you find someone professional..?

I don't think anybody on the forum could replace Theo = tbh, I know for example Josh has done a couple of parks and buildings but I doubt anybody here could do Theo Graded Graphics full time. (Theotown spent hours everyday working on buildings)

You can't rush a project whose budget is mainly based in the purchases made by the player. Lobby is doing a magnificent job, slowly? Totally, but lobby's a human being too, and honestly, I'm pretty sure Theo and Lobby have continued to bring quality content to us by heart, rather than just so you're like "Wow, this game is so cool and has so much cool tuff, let's break out my credit card and buy stuff to support it"
