v3.2 of the Tramway has been released. This update brings one-way rails, so you can have even more control over your tramway systems.

They are only for decoration and spawning the trams and trains

The train station is a road decoration that can be used to slow down trains.

I think it's meant to be that way. Acting like a slow zone but not distracting from the way the tracks look. You could see where it is using the remove road decorations tool.
