Siauliai Building #7 ( Siauliai Series )

Hello everyone ^^^
Here is my new plugin : a 3x3 , animated T level Siauliai building .
Its has been suggested by @RedactedTobby ( The26 in the forum ) on the TheoTown Discord ( like all the Siauliai buildings i made )
. This one still complete the " Siauliai serie " . Siauliai is a major town in Lithuania.
Like all my towers , this building is animated , so it spare some plugin space , and has 4 height versions . Its a T-level , 3x3 building .
