Great start!
I would recommend drawing shadows since they are quite easy.
Also like Bevise said outlines are not bad but they don't match the scene around it, it makes it standout and look very cartoon-ish. Remove them and they will look 200% better!

Actually good but looks a bit cartoony. The apartment looks a bit dilapidated and mossy to live in tho but still nice effort...

Remove those black outlines, that make the building looks too cartony,
