Modulable Parisian Appt. Building

Hello everyone ^^

Here's my new plugin : a modulable Parisian Haussmanian appartement building .

It works like my other modulable house plugin , which you can find here : viewtopic.php?t=11140

I wanted to make it usable with Montemarino's other Parisian buildings ( like the ones in-game and the others ones available as plugins on the forum ) , but unfortunatly my building is higher , but it was required to implement enough details.

It is a TTT- level residential building .

Contains:
- 6x 1x1 frames,
- 4x 2x2 frames,
- 1x 3x3 frames .

No snow graphics or night graphics included.
No animations included.
