I decided to make a new texture for the building along with the example picture of the building

It's a 1x1 commercial building with 10 workers

You might consider making the roof visible. Also don't make the walls have too much variety. As too much brightness, saturation, or whatever could make it more like a Noise Abuser or whatever the term was again.
