Here is my new plugin : a reproduction of the Tour Front de Seine ( En : Seine's Waterfront Tower ) .

It is a mixed building ( offices and appartements buildings ) located in Rouen , Normandy , France . As the name suggests , it is close to the Seine River . It has been built in 1974 and its the tallest commercial building of the city ( the biggest tower is the Tower of Departemental Archives )
In the TheoTown version , it is declined in 4 height versions . It use the system of animations , so the tower will not take a lot of space . It is an commercial TT-level building , and its in a 3x3 tile .

If you want a break, I don't mind. We all sometimes need rest too from pixels and json..
