Will autobuild. Up to 177 may be had in your city. Lasts 1000 game days.

Responding to some reports in the plugin store of the newest version which includes No parks.

No means NO you don't want to use them.

Right there in the description. Their purpose is to clear large sections of the map of everything. Leaving trees behind. Water does not stop them, as they spread on water and land. You can contain them with roads on flat land, but they can sneak under bridges and roads built on hilly terrain. If they have escaped to a large area, you can nuke them and pause the game to build roads if need be. You can also experiment with the pink roads in your containment efforts.

Those that can't build the moonphase industrials.

They need land zoned dense industrial before they can be hand placed or autobuild.

Ahh good old strange plugins from commander.

Notice the No2 in the menu above. That is the one that starts the process. After some days, it will spawn similar (hidden) parks going in each of the diagonal directions from it. They only go in that direction. Then after some days, green (hidden) ones will build will replace it. The green ones will either build red ones if possible or turn blue. The blue ones last a long time (long enough for the others to stop building and turn blue within a small enough contained area), but will disappear on their own.
