There's no plugin category for waste disposal on this forum so I put it on miscellaneous section.

Suggestion: Place it if you want your Landfill, waste incinerator, and Buyback center near in your residential area.

Hey, this plugin is my version where I change building from park to public building(a.k.a. Management) because thought that it will reduce little pollution, I know because one day I use park to reduce pollution, but I need to build many of them because it reduces little pollution.
