I have made a new plugin called school buses.

Screenshot.
Credits :-
@ A dutch Guy [Posts][PM] for making a wonderful school bus.
@ Lobby [Posts][PM] and Theo for the the school buildings.
@wetguy[Posts][PM] for his school van.
It spawns 2 school buses for every school.
For elementary schools it spawns 7 school vans.
1.0 - first release.
1.1 - Added school van.
1.2 - added requirements and changed the values.

I forgot to say, your plug-in unlocks all the schools in non-sandbox mode.
