We will not partition the ocean, we just want to have a portion of it to be part of our Nautical Highway and we just want to station some ships along the route.

These overseas states were previous colonies of Rhinestone, they turned to mandates and eventually protectorates but after a while, they wanted to be part of Rhinestone again due to slow economic growth.

So is the request approved? I will repeat, we will not claim the ocean, we just want to borrow a portion of it under international law to connect our overseas states to the other overseas states

Then, I call for a meeting of Galactic Assembly, the murdery of atlanteans is a crime and reasponsables will be judged. A recover team will assault the building and evacuate the atlanteans there.
