Atlantean empire will prepare its troops . If project eclipse is a threat to us, we must be ready to defend ourselves , and strike back .

Gracity will request to join the pact, not yet however because we are quite busy tackling project eclipse!

I think both Arstotzka and Majapahit membership will be rejected, if Im right.

Anyway, Arstotzka and Majapahit is interested to join this steel thing.

Steel fleet will join UHAE fleet near renev .
UHAE won’t however deploy its troops externals to earth . Except 1 spaceships to coordinate operations , communications and all thoses things.

Can small countries with a population of 190,000 participate in this agreement?

UHAE , Emerlians, Oceanians and OISPM troops are not ready yet, the fleet is still at 2500 km from valkyrie .
We can only support you with artillery and missiles strike . Cargo planes However are not yet ready . As a space nation, deployment take much more time for us . we also don't have a lot of bases, we expect to be able to join in next 3 days .

That ok, we definitely have enough force to hold them back for an estimated 3 weeks, so take your time
