But superbattleships are pretty ineffective considering that many nations are developing small weapons like bullet size weapons equivalent to the power of a Tsar Bomba...

Yeah, theres a reason that weapons are getting smaller and not bigger, that is the bigger they are the more of a target they are and the harder they are to mobilize

Atlanteans rescues forces are a branch of the Atlantean army specially made to intervene after disasters , they are trained to save lives for 6 years until being operational as rescuers , 25 % of them achieved a medicine career in ARF where they learned a lot of stuff .
The ARF was created following the great flood of Usifalse .
