Scaffolding Version 2

Hello,
This is my first plugin since March.
But this is not anything really new.
This is my second version of my other scaffolding pack.
What's new?
On my other version, there was a grass texture on the bottom of the scaffolding, so it only looked good when placed on grass. This, however, doesn't have the grass texture, so it looks good on anything, including snow and sand.

It might be more useful to make a fence version. Remove the back sections in the graphics, so that all is left is the front v. Then players could decorate existing buildings using the fence scaffolding.

PM me if you would like some help doing this next weekend.
