Flag plugin

Thanks to MDK_18 for the template.
In this I have made a WORKING plugin.
It's a flag plugin containing only 1 flag, and that flag is the Abeumo flag.
Here's the link or whatever to the plugins and have funs

The Draw ground doesn't work so yeah
