Mental Omega Helipad

Helipad ver. 2. A brand new helipad, this specific helipad is from the almost same helipad from the game Mental Omega Almost Perfect Yuri's Revenge.
This helipad often visible during the campaign missions and it is unable to build because it is a prop.
Q: What is Mental Omega?
A: Mental Omega is a fan made mod that is also an
fan expansion to the game Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge.

Things that are fixed:
-Two frames in one of the decoration.
-Fixed the "H" where there's a part of it is curved.

Yeah ish I am fan of RA2 anf YR but not much in RA3. But soon I will try.
