Lack of details, wrong shadows, too plain and unsaturated and just why not include details :(

You know you could do better :)

Looks horrid honestly. No textures or details whatsoever.

I'm sorry , but i have to agree with Fennekin and Kulche here , it looks bland , totally unfinished to me . Clearly lacking of details .

Also it has a very stone-ish look , whereas in real life its made with glass panes . I advise you to pick colors from a real picture of the building .

Hopefully you will improve it. This building is definitly not easy to remake in pixel art

Oh god. It looks bad. This totally doesn't fit to the game and please don't be bad about this, the game needs quality detail buildings (although there are bad examples flying around on TT) NOT out of place, lackin textures and details, bland, unfinished plugin. Finished this plugin and upload it. Do not upload the bit by bit improvements just finish it and done.

I think some parts near the top still need some shading. And it might be useful to add highlights (20% white instead of black) on the left. Some noise (slight variations of color, not gradient though) throughout would also add to the beauty of the plugin.

A note about the json:
"auto build" only applies to RCI (residential, commercial, and industrial) types. It does nothing for other types such as "award".

@Naufhal, you should really take these criticisms and turn them to advices so people can enjoy your plugins. Even if you upload once a week or so, unless it's good and well detailed, that will pay off later on.

As they say hard work always pays off...
