Cofayfay (alternate spelling of "Covfefe") is a massive suburb of Venacia. It is the most male-populated city in South America. It is landlocked on the west side by the Andes mountains, and on the east side by the city of Venacia. It was annexed from Venacia in 2014 by the government, and the area became its own city. Gang wars are rampant throughout the city, and aggressive, city-wide vehicle demolition derbies plague the city's five freeways. Samuel J Jaxson has been the mayor of Cofayfay for the city's entire five-year existence. He is struggling to pull the city out of poverty and crime. He has suffered four assassination attempts in those five years. A large part of Venacia's budget goes to Cofayfay, but the money gets stolen by gangs on a regular basis so they can buy RPGs. The gangs use the RPGs to destroy buildings in an effort to seize absolute control of the city. Rape is a serious danger here, committed mostly by the gangs. Most of the women who once lived here have fled to a better life in Venacia, creating the colossal gender discrepancy.
