No, these are static objects for decoration. I believe some of them if not all are in the game as traffic, but this plugin is simply here to add these vehicles as props you can place around the city for decoration.

I can't download it. Can you help me? Is it too old?it says plugin doesn't have a category.

Can't use as a normal car. This just only decorations
