SpookyTown is a halloween themed package for TheoTown, that brings a little of spookiness to your cities.
Here you can find a detailed package description, changelogs and a free version of SpookyTown for download below!

CONTENT

In this halloween pack, you get:
• The SpookyTown category;
• 5 level T residential buildings that featured:
- Rotation awareness;
- Smoke animation;
- Light animation.

Please, keep in mind that this plugin came in hurry and I couldn't add everything I wanted until October 31th. But still, I didn't put it aside yet, eventually updates with animations and etc will come!

In General why does all the Holiday theme items only show up a day or two b4 the event. I.e I was looking for Halloween items and only found lighted pumpkin. Just a cpl days ago I found pumpkin statue then The haunted house. Why doesn't it show up the month of the event like Christmas theme the snow pops up and new yrs it's gone. Yes I know I can have snow when ever I want. This has nothing to do with jollyann.

If I understand well, I get your problem, and now with SpookyTown you will be able to build at any time of the year
