Cost to get unlocked:- 200 diamonds.
Cost to build:- 80.000T.
Cost for maintenance:- 90T.
Description:- This building unlocks when you buy this in shop. Another thing is that is it unlocks when you reach small city. It also has a upgrade to helipad gives you freedom to place it everywhere.
