UN was the first to ask for peace but Domkisas didnt agreed and launched a nuclear missile to Astrellia , ( also, domkisas isnt member of UN so they didnt listened ) wich was fortunally intercepted, about Renev, more than 50 000 citizens were evacuated.

We will elect a new secretary general , and now, permanent UNSC member can also intervene or suggest to change the secretary ... UHAE alone couldnt have bring peace since domkisas would simply have listened them, they prefered to do war.

This is why reforms need to happen. The UN is mainly a peace keeping organization, the UN should have done actions before, even if countries don't listen.

Some reforms can be:

More permanent security council members
Scheduled or emergency meetings should be conducted once in a while.
UN should cooperate with other international organizations.

Ok.... we wont stand like that and do nothing, UN was a failure but it can became a great organisation.
UHAE will start a galactic assembly meeting to find new reforms to suggest to the others states when its over.

First of all, Arizelon and Rhinestone will join Permanent UNSC.
Then! Permanent member are now allowed to start an intervention and if a member of UNSC is at war, he cant use his veto.
Then, a new assembly will be held... each states should be there
Finally, any member of the ( permanent and non-permanent ) UNSC can ask for a emergency meeting .

Well, I think development objectives would be a good idea, maybe establish 15 and finish thoses before 2030 local time...
We delayed the meeting of Galactic assembly, our suggestions are that we should improve 6 things :
We will tell all resolutions when galactic assembly ( scheduled in 1 hour ) is finished, we have to prepare documents for the meeting.

this year objective : 15 millions school supplies delivered to poor childrens
this year objective : 2 billions food supplies delivered to poor families
this year objective : 1250 hospital opened ( with all nessecary material ( at least 2 ambulance + 1 helicopter )
this year objective : 5000 schools opened ( 3500 primary schools , 1500 secondary schools )
the amount of UN cargo planes. this year objective : 400
we need to definitively stop the child labour
we are willing to recruit 44 000 to reach 400 000 peacekeeping soldiers.
we are willing to reduce poverty by -15 %
reduce all nuclears, antimatter and mass destructions arsenals by 75 %
Close 5 % of the oil, coal and gas factories and open 10000 Clean energy power plants
Create a affordable electric car for everyone
Make Men and Women 100 % equal
