8539/143 habitants in house is ok?

Hi! So, when year 100 arrive a lot of middle habitants quickly run away, but after a few minutes quickly returned back :)

So, when I press a house there is a description Habitants: number/number. What meaning? :) I will attach MY OWN example. Comment it, please.
