Hello, this is my version of new supply system edit by me.
Thing that I removed from the original version:
Overrides buildings because it already cause bug like, I cannot build NPP(nuclear powerplant)on sandbox mode and adds an ability of collecting garbage to WTE(Waste-to-energy plant)plant etc.
Note: There are no waste disposal influence so I fix it. And also delete the old one(the one that does not have waste disposal influence)that you download here, because I replaced it with new link.
