.php file not .zip file

Hi please help everytime i download plugins here in forum it always on .php file not .zip file. And i cant extract the file.

.php usually contains code for websites. In this case, it's most likely empty and is generated by a bug in the browser you're using, try downloading the file using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera etc.)
