IM BACK GUYS!

Yeah remember when I said I gave up on plugins? Well someone mentioned Russia to me and like Phil Swift and flextape I just slapped myself on!
So for my first plugin back is a rather boring small one. But some guy on discord (you've offered to help so many times but I forgot you name )
Asked me to make an apartment like the ones in the Ukrainian radioactive town of Pripyat so here we go.
This has one 2x2 building perfect for russian style cities! KGB looks a bit lonely but now it's got people to protect!

And before you think about it you cannot redistribute or use this in your plugins without my permission!

Where did you get these 8-stories? In Pripyat, and throughout the Soviet Union there were none. Maybe you wanted to draw a 5-storey house? Or is it a 9-storey house?

Little known fact : do you know why there are lots of 5 and 9 storey buildings in ex-Soviet cities? It's because any building higher than 5 storeys had to have a lift, and any building higher than 9 storeys was required by law to have a heavy duty lift! So, in order to house as many people as possible without having to pay for a lift (and wait for it to be delivered during the next 5-year plan), architects often chose to stay under that limit.
