Terms:
- Arstotzka, Majapahit, Grestin, and Tarsizeon shall not declare war for 25 (roleplay) years.
- Tarsizeon can have the Las Malvinas islands.
- Majapahit can have the Indo-Pacific islands.
- Arsotzka can keep the rest of their colonies.
- Arstotzka must give independence to the Samoan islands.
