There has never been a public version of Theotown for PC. Theotheodorich when first developing the game for his son to play was using an Amiga.

1) Download BlueStacks Emulator (do not use Android, use PC).
2) Download TheoTown.apk from GitHub (do not use Android, use PC).
3) Run that .apk file via the emulator.
4) Click to TheoTown.
5) Voilla! PC version of TheoTown!
