Which version of Theo town is this Please? I love Elevated terrain stuffs!

That's TheoTown or TheoTown 66.
They are cross-compatible with some differences.

Also, @JustAnyone , when the DSA agency would be an official part of TheoTown 66, would we have to pay again for it even if we had already paid for it on the Plug-in Store?

Also, would the DSA plug-in the Store be updated further once arrives with the DSA agency as a part of it?

Which ones? Currently buildings can't be placed on slopes, and roads are using bridge textures (if I'm right :/).

You can't. (yet)

Alpha is limited to the devs and to some selected people at the moment.

When Alpha is finished, they will then be open for Beta Testers. Being a Beta Tester is quite easy, so just become one and you will receive updates in the Play Store.
