Although this issue can be fixed by reducing the amount of plug-ins used, it seems like that having a lot of plug-ins disorients the way that the game reads the texture. I think that the plug-ins are not fully responsible for the problem itself, but rather at how the game orients the textures.
The textures are gone!
The division of the textures are irregular. Notice how some grids are overlapping one another and also at how there are some small, unused gaps at them.
All of these issues only appeared at the release of TT66.
