Although this issue can be fixed by reducing the amount of plug-ins used, it seems like that having a lot of plug-ins disorients the way that the game reads the texture. I think that the plug-ins are not fully responsible for the problem itself, but rather at how the game orients the textures. All of these issues only appeared at the release of TT66.
