I havent played theotown i a while so i decided to download it. Why do i need to wait to build stuff in sandbox and is there a way to remove the wainting time forever

It's a part of their "freemium" concept. Unfortunately, they say that it's supposed to be like this....

I know what that feels like because after 66 it was that hopefully in 76 it is better
