It's really awesome idea, but i have suggestions.
1 Multiple region and able to name them
2 Save region cities into folder "theotown/maps/region/%region_name%"
3 Other region types. In Theonia there are small cities in the centre and big ones on the edge. I'd like to see big cities in the centre.

And of course cities must trade goods, energy and water (i did not check it yet).

About the questions:
1. You can already rename them by editing a json file (as shown by former member). Multiple regions are planned.
2. That's the plan, if you take a look into the directory regions.
3. It will be difficult to generate own regions, but if you have specific suggestions, we can include it into the main game. However, we're limited in size, the current region takes up ~6 MB which makes the APK bigger.

2 I see. But all city previews saved in "theotown/maps" folder. I think it's better to place them into region folder
3 You can make region editor:
- create new region with only land or water
- divide it to cities
- edit cities in sandbox-like mode
