Is anyone having problems when loading Theotown? Especially when you have many Plug-ins, it takes a lot of time before it starts start.

Yes, sometimes. Some plugins, especially tall buildings with night textures, aren't as space efficient as they could be. This takes time planning the space for them in memory. The more apps you have open is also a factor.

Yeah, that's about 20 minutes. Did you try restarting your phone as it says?
