Images should be cropped so that the surrounding empty space is removed.

If i dont do that it will float. My pixel editor allows you to place one side larger than the other, please release the plug-in.

It takes available space from other plugins. If you center the image, crop the sides and place the bottom four pixels of the building at the bottom of the image, it won't float.

You say it makes/stores water, but it also produces electricity. But, way too much! Such numbers are fine with personal plugins, but not for submitting to the store. It's against one of the rules.

You might also check your spelling of skyscraper in the description. It's not a bird, right?

Shadows: not (see image)
Sign: so-so
Black outline: remove (unless that's how it is in real life)
The green: replace with additional parking or landscaping.
