Since it is essentially a dirt road, maybe the prices should be reduced too. Maybe remove the zero.

Unless a screenshot is required, I will probably use the chatbox with a copy and paste of the title when I disapprove something.

It could use some ground shadows where indicated by black and some roof detail where indicated by red. I like the roof texture.
