Supplies for rocket not accumulating

No supplies are accumulating for my rocket. I have tried connecting it to factories, deleting and rebuilling it, and uninstalling and reinstalling the game and nothing has worked. Does anyone have a fix for this?Image

Also for some reason it started accumulating resources then stopped again.

It is connected to all types of industries and it is not accumulating resources

THEY DON'T ALLOW SUPPLIES FOR SANDBOX CITY'S!
