Found out why. Apparently, you cannot zone within a composition. RCI buildings still work, but you'll have to zone beforehand.

How can I make compositions out of only 1 building (and the building is rectangular)?

Not zoned yet.

When inserting a one-way road (64 frames) into a composition tag,
The completed road uses 64 frames.

However, before road construction (preview), only 16 frames are used.

So users can't predict exactly what the road will look like before it's built.
What should I do?

So the x and y coordinates used for compostions should be on which tile it should be placed? Ex: The road deco in the first post. I should put x:1 and y:0 am I correct?
