2 = If you Type Seed "sandonly". Will Generate Map Only Sand.

3 = When You Typing Seed "snowonly". Generation Map Only Snow.

4 = You Can Type Seed "wateronly". Look Like Empty. But Nothing Everything.

Well that's because Theotown now has Preset seeds. I'll list them all here : "Only" seeds:
grassonly - generates a map with only grass;
