Just Don't Remake it Just Give Advice

I can barely tell if there are shadows so I would suggest making them darker.
Overall, it seems very grey and depressing. I guess adding some foliage (like trees) would make it more lively.

Why?

I guess it's because the windows look more like neon lights rather than windows as it's so bright. Making them
darker would be one step to making the building better. (Personally I think getting windows to look "natural" is the hardest part though).
