Hi all, just started playing the game for a week old. Noticed the demands bar chart going up and down. I would like to know more of how the bar chart works. TQ

The higher It is, the bigger demand for that building type is.

So like the lower the graph th better is it or the opposite?

Higher means more demand for the zone. Below the line means currently too much of the zone.
