I already turned on uber mode whado I do
Pls help partners anyone it's terrible
no seriously I gave out 5 trash cans and there still begging for garbage stuff

Try demolishing and rebuilding them as they were before...

You need more garbage trucks patrolling the city streets. Build a landfill, incinerator, or similar waste disposal building so that the influence reaches that part of the map.
